When can i expect my order?

While we strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, please allow up to 14 days for dispatch after placing your order. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

After you place your order, you’ll first receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking email.

The tracking link included in your order confirmation will be regularly updated by the courier as your order moves through their network, making it a great resource for checking your order’s status and estimated arrival.

What does Pre-order mean?

A "pre-order" refers to a high-demand item that is currently on backorder and is in transit from our manufacturer. Each pre-order item has an "estimated release date," provided by the shipper, which indicates when we expect it to arrive. This date is displayed on the product listing, but please note that stock may arrive earlier or later than expected. Customs and transit delays are sometimes unavoidable and can affect delivery times.

Orders that include a pre-order item will be held until the item is in stock. If you would like your other items shipped sooner, please consider placing separate orders.

For any updates on your pre-order, feel free to reach out to us.

Why do Product colours vary?

Please note that slight color variations may occur between different production batches of our products. These differences can arise from minor changes in materials or manufacturing processes. While we collaborate closely with our suppliers to maintain consistency, these small variations should not affect the overall quality or performance of the product. Thank you for your understanding!
